Victim Of Crime To Be Entitled To Obtain Information Of Proceedings Of Case And Compensation
(1) The victim of crime
shall have the right to obtain information about the investigation and
proceedings of the case in which he or she is the victim.
(2) The victim of crime shall have the right to justice with
social rehabilitation and compensation.
